Job Description

As a Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a client portfolio
  • Developing client relationships
  • Identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients
  • Identify and prospect potential new clients
  • Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their needs
  • Develop and present tailored proposals
  • Achieve the desired growth and retention objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree (BAC +5) in commerce, marketing, or a related field
    3+ years of experience in business development or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-oriented and adaptable to client needs
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and office software
